Govt. Performance Tracker Idea

I have this interesting Idea roaming inside my head for quite a while.
The Problem : "If you wanted to know whether your government actually fulfilled its promises over the last five years, where would you go?"
The idea is pretty simple : "A simple public dashboard showing what the government promised, what it delivered, where public money went, and what citizens are experiencing."

The Problem
Citizens hear thousands of political promises, government announcements, development projects, and spending figures—but there is no simple place where an ordinary citizen can answer four basic questions:
What did the government promise?
What has it actually done?
Where did the public money go?
What are citizens experiencing on the ground?
News reports cover individual events, but they disappear into the news cycle. Government data is often difficult for ordinary people to understand. Citizens themselves have information, but there is no structured way to bring that information together.
The Idea
Build a simple, independent Government & Politician Accountability Tracker.
It would have four parts:
1. Government Performance
Track major government targets, projects, and measurable outcomes.
2. Politician Accountability
Track promises, commitments, parliamentary activity, and constituency work.
3. Public Fund Tracker
Show where public money is allocated, spent, and what it produces.
4. Citizen Participation
Allow citizens to report problems, submit photos/videos, and provide information about projects and public services.
How It Works
Everything follows one simple chain:
Promise → Action → Money → Result → Evidence
For example:
«Government announces a road project.»
The tracker records:
Budget: ৳100 crore
Expected completion: 2027
Money spent: ৳65 crore
Reported progress: 70%
Citizen reports: 23
Verified status: 🟡 Needs attention
Citizens don't have to understand government bureaucracy. They simply see what was promised, what happened, and the evidence.
The Principle
The platform would not tell citizens:
«"This politician is good."»
or
«"This politician is bad."»
Instead, it would show:
«Here is what they promised.
Here is what they did.
Here is how much was spent.
Here is the evidence.»
Citizens can make their own judgment.
Citizen Participation
Participation should be extremely simple.
A citizen sees a problem → takes a photo/video → selects the category → submits it.
Reports are initially unverified.
Researchers/moderators then verify them against government records, official documents, other reports, and reliable evidence.
This turns citizens into an additional layer of public oversight without allowing unverified accusations to become facts.
Why This Could Matter
The goal isn't to create another political news platform.
The goal is to create a public memory and accountability system.
A politician should not be able to make a promise today and have everyone forget it tomorrow.
A government project should not disappear after the announcement.
Public spending should be connected to actual results.
And citizens should have a way to contribute what they see on the ground.
The Vision
A citizen should eventually be able to open one website and search:
Politician → Promises → Projects → Funds → Results → Citizen evidence
or
Government → Performance → Spending → Projects → Outcomes
Everything should be understandable within seconds.
Simple enough for an ordinary citizen.
Evidence-based enough for journalists and researchers.
